The agency I work for has been grafting away on developing new offers and angles, as part of a kind-of strategy to broaden the services to clients outside of the sector's we're known for - and one of those is to help property owners who might be considering re-purposing buildings (of all shapes and sizes) - places and spaces that no longer fit the original purpose, but that still offer 'buildings-full of potential.'

My role in all this was to help define what we do, how that might fit and why that would be of benefit to what is an incredibly broad and busy regeneration sector.

That included creating the campaign materials (the overall campaign headline 'buildings-full of potential') - and then designing individual sector-specific ads, using the idea of bill-posting and hoardings associated with development activity (or the lack of it lol) - to crafting the offer copy for a wave of email pushes, writing, designing and developing a super-simple one-pager and an introduction / summary deck that can go out to interested prospects.

We just launched wave one of the email, and secured a Unique Opens per Delivered rate of 19.43%
and Clicks per Unique Opened at 20.38% - so a promising start :)
