Yes, I did start at young age my own business providing facility management as a host, hands on organiser and facilitator. At the same time I started to teach, coach and advise people, learned the art of connecting to people and creating smart solutions for complex issues. My curiosity to explore, investigate and grasp the unknown keeps me hungry to learn and share.
I believe in the concepts of 'teach don't preach', 'ask don't mask', 'lead don't cheat' and 'show it don't blow it'.
If I fail occasionally I like to score the rebound. Yes that's right, even I fail, and I'm proud of it! Because I am not afraid to fail and it's my best teacher to improve and grow. It shows that I have the guts to push my boundaries, the strength to recover and try again and the will to never give up.
