Background:

Pod Point is a UK leader in electric vehicle charging. They deliver innovative solutions for the home, workplace and retail. We were invited to design, build, and develop their investor microsite in order to support the launch of their IPO in the summer of 2021. The site had to be flexible and scalable to meet the many pre and post-launch requirements.

Approach:

Pod Point's mission is simple; promote environmentally sustainable travel and ensure electric vehicle charging points are universally accessible. It was of the utmost importance to emphasise Pod Point's value proposition and blend their core brand messaging across the microsite. In order to inject a sense of vibrancy into the digital experience, we utilised unique iconography and bespoke animation. These were accompanied by illustrated infographics and banner photography.

Results:

In order to match the brief of a scalable, flexible microsite, we developed a customisable modular system. This provided versatility for content publishers while ensuring brand identity remained coherent. The digital experience has been streamlined through clear signposting, tabs separating content types, and associated internal quick links at the bottom of each page. These inclusions boosted circulation through the platform, reducing bounce rates.
