About me
With over 15 years of industry experience, Caroline has built her career through creating innovative social first, OOH, content and truly integrated campaigns for some top tier clients including, LEGO, Netflix, P&G, Age UK, PepsiCo, Lovehoney and Brown Forman.
Caroline's recent industry claims to fame saw her named as a Female Frontier by Campaign magazine for leadership, and she continues to judge this year across Creative Circle, D&AD and Campaign Big.
Outside of her day-to-day, Caroline is committed to helping new creative talent, from all walks of life, get into the industry with equal opportunity. Through mentoring at the School of Communication Arts, speaking at industry events and being a huge advocate of the YCN Placement Poverty Pledge, Caroline has nurtured talent from all walks of life, to create opportunities for those trying to get a foot on the ladder.
