- Product - Vast Ladieswear Multi Product experience. Across Woven, Jersey and True knitwear - Occasion/Bridal, Tailoring, Dresses, Nightwear, Loungewear, Activewear, Knitwear, Main range, Plus size, Petite & Tall.
- Process - Strong knowledge of the product development and manufacturing process; from fabric development, Tech pack development, Fitting and Sealing product, implementing production methods and garment construction.
- Blocks - Expert at developing and establishing blocks to deliver fit consistency, improve hit rate and speed to market.
- Patterns/Grading - Comprehensive understanding of patterns and grading. Work very closely with in house pattern team and factory Pattern Masters.
- Method of Make Manual - Created detailed Method of Make manual to ensure factories make to the required standard.
- How to measure guide - Create how to measure guides and videos to ensure measurements are accurately taken and recorded. This ensures everyone measures the same way.
- Strategy - Develop and implement departmental strategies to drive improvements.
- Returns - Proven track record of driving down returns across various product areas.
- Collaborate - Communicate on a daily basis with in house teams (Design, Buyers, Merch) and Overseas suppliers and factories.
