About me
Starting in Graphics (logos, letters & cards, posters and campaigns) and contemporary art, I moved into Animation and TV, sets and props with a range of materials and processes and then into model making, creating huge layouts, with minute detail and designing new items for retail sale, whilst developing my administration skills.
IT skills including web design, AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, Word and online programmes such as StoreFeeder for on-line listings, orders, inventory, stock, shipping, accounting and more, all in one place.
I find I am a more eager learner than others; I am organised, flexible and engaged. I am a good team player, while also able to focus and concentrate working alone. I am happy to deal with clients and customers, personable and easy going. I am keen to learn new skills, being very adaptable.
Good workshop skills with many different types of machinery, with a knowledge of safe working practices.
Good in an office environment or retail outlet, experience of budgeting and ordering resources, planning and carrying out staff training.
Strong practical and organisational skills with the ability to manage my own workload, forward planning and the ability to use my own initiative. I am honest, empathetic, supportive and loyal, with good attention to detail, and thorough. Above all I am creative and hard working.
