I am the Founder, Design Director, and CEO of Think Design Collaborative Pvt. Ltd., a leading design consultancy & a Havas Company known for its transformative impact in Healthcare, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Education, News Media, and Social Design. With 18+ years of pioneering design leadership, anchored by a Master's in Product Design from NID and an advanced scholarship from ENSCI - Les Ateliers, Paris, I've propelled our firm to industry prominence.
Leading a team of 100+ UX, UI, Product Designers, and Design Researchers, I excel in building and scaling high-performance design teams across India, fostering seamless collaboration across geographical and cultural divides.
In my dual role, I am deeply committed to driving business growth while delivering benchmark design solutions for our clients. Partnering closely with C-suite stakeholders, I leverage design thinking to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation, resulting in strategic design solutions that drive tangible business outcomes. By aligning design strategies with core business objectives, I have played a pivotal role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue streams.
