These varied experiences have equipped Emily with a unique set of skills and well rounded marketing expertise. She brings this experience to bear on chunky challenges; whether deciphering why customers aren't loyal, or how to evolve a brand experience to better meet emerging audience needs.
Friends/team mates would describe Emily as entrepreneurial, tenacious and practical. Practical being an important skill when helping businesses connect the dots between creative, customer and commercial strategy. She has shared her expertise with the likes of O2, Vanguard, ANZ and Diageo.
A maverick at heart, she is known for her action-bias and magically 'making things happen' - translating creative strategy into meaningful results for clients. Having been recognised at Cannes, D&AD and Effie's, Emily is no stranger to success and believes originality comes from maintaining a healthy level of creative tension throughout the creative problem solving process. She believes the best work happens when there is high trust and robust open dialogue between a cast of diverse and curious minds.
She leads Untangld Strategy Studio's growth in Europe.
