She brings this experience to bear on chunky challenges; whether deciphering why customers aren't loyal, or how to evolve a brand experience to better meet emerging audience needs.

A maverick at heart, she is known for her action-bias and magically 'making things happen' - translating creative strategy into meaningful results for clients. Having been recognised at Cannes, D&AD and Effie's, Emily is no stranger to success and believes originality comes from maintaining a healthy level of creative tension throughout the creative problem solving process. She believes the best work happens when there is high trust and robust open dialogue between a cast of diverse and curious minds.
