I'm an operational specialist that drive results by focussing on People, Process, and
long-term Strategy. I've partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define their
competitive edge, implementing processes that increase productivity, accountability
and raises profitability.
Over the past 10 years, I have led teams and transformational projects across 3
different continents, defined long term strategy, operational objectives and responsive
solutions, significantly improving quality output, developing and growing teams, whilst
increasing delivery, services and revenue against KPI's.
Having recently moved back to Sweden from London, I look forward to new
challenges, working with organisational leaders to increase efficiencies and drive
growth, sharing insights and knowledge from a decade in one of Europe's most
dynamic markets.
