Carnival of diversity was the theme for the 2016 Brighton Pride Parade that the Crafternoon Tea Club was invited to take part in. As we were working with the theme of carnival and uniting nations, we focused on making placards that had inspiring messages on them written in Brazilian to emphasise the theme of carnival. We walked the entirety of the parade with the placards showing support of the LGBT+ community all while showering the crowds in glitter
