In this University project, I created a children's picture book which follows the story of a red beetle who befriends various insects on a journey to find his family. The story concludes with his realisation that the friends he made along the way become his family, and results in them residing in a tree trunk. Creating a 32 page children's picture book within such a short period of time pushed my timekeeping, organisational and quick decision making abilities while being a highly enjoyable and fulfilling project.
