As a specialist in experience research, strategy and design, I believe that focussing on customer and employee experience is the most effective way to grow a brand.
Successful brands demonstrate their purpose at every single customer touchpoint, create distinctive interactions and consistently exceed customer expectations. They do what they say.
I look to understand how people engage with brands across their journey, diagnosing the high impact opportunities and then designing the solutions that will drive growth.

I've worked on improving the customer experience for many of the world's largest brands; Aviva, BT, EE, Experian, GSK, HSBC, Pets at Home, Mazda, Samsung, Shell, Selfridges, Unilever.

I have been featured on the Pitch Fanzine Superwomen list, recognising the top 100 Superwomen & Supermen in the creative industry working behind the scenes, making things happen.
