About me
I have always had an interest in how things work, especially when it came to film and tv. Watching different genres growing up would spark my curiosity as to how each genre differed from the other and how the creative process made them all unique.
I decided to go to university to study Theatre Arts and pursue a creative field of work. After graduating I went into retail and worked in that industry for over three years.
Seeking a change in career I applied and got the opportunity to become an intern at Banijay UK under the Brightbulb Development scheme. During my time on the scheme I learnt the ropes of unscripted TV from various labels at Banijay. After my placement at Initial TV came to an end, I got a job as a junior researcher at BBC Studios Entertainment & Music.
With nearly two years of development at BBC Studios Entertainment & Music under my belt, I got my first production role on the 20th Anniversary of BBC Studios Strictly Come Dancing.
I then went on to work as a part of the unscripted development team at Studio Lambert for six months.
