For over 15 years I've worked with brands to better engage their audiences through the power of experience. Ranging from physical environments to digital platforms, my belief is that creatively-led, well thought out and brilliantly executed customer interactions have the power to positively engage and inspire an audience, ultimately leading to the holy grail of building long term fans and advocates. This is what I love to do, and have had the good fortune to work with some incredible UK & Global brands doing just this in a wide variety of sectors including Telecoms, FMCG, Sports & Leisure, Pharma, Agri-Pharma, Finance, Automotive, Retail and Broadcasting & Entertainment.
