About me

Currently the dual site flagship concession manager for mulberry. I am relocated to Cardiff on the 1st of April. I'm looking to join a brand I can grow it and coach the team to success. I have experience with several luxury brands with a focus on the selling ceremony, customer experiences and going the extra mile for the customer. I have a keen interest in team development, supporting those with their individual ambitions within retail. I believe this aids over all staff satisfaction, staff retention and over all brand loyalty. I have vast knowledge working with KPIs, P&Ls and am confident making commercial decisions to support business growth. I treat my stores as my own business, ensuring all is done to make them the best they can be.
