About me

I am an award-winning marketer with significant experience across the US and UK food and drink industries. With 16 years of in-house and agency experience, I have worked on leading-sector campaigns for a broad mix of well-known operators and brands.

My first job as a server was 24 years ago, and I have worked in, for or with restaurants ever since.
I have been recognised by the Evening Standard as one of London's most influential people, and as RMI's Marketer of Year. In the summer of 2020, (together with Huw Gott) I launched Today's Special, an initiative which raised £250k to support hospitality's most vulnerable people during the Covid-19 lockdowns.

As the marketing director of Pho, I lead all communications for the fast-growing, national Vietnamese restaurant group, having built the brand from 3 to 21 restaurants in the UK.
