I love to create and lead creative, high-performance, teams. Whether it's solutioning to increase sales or productivity, improving upon an existing concept, or problem-solving by taking a new, never before, explored route it's what I love. I'm also a lifelong woodworker, avid cyclist (mtb'ing, fat bike, & gravel road riding primarily), rock & ice climber, kayaker, and former competitive alpine ski racer. Durring the winter I coach ski racing at Sundown Ski Area in Dubuque, Iowa. (Home of Lange Ski Boots!)
