ABOUT

In celebration of International Women’s Day 2023, we initiated a programme offering £10,000 worth of creative support to a local business dedicated to making a positive impact for women in the community. The winners, Women’s Work Lab in Bristol, address the motherhood career gap by providing skills-based training to mums on benefits, enhancing their employability.

Our objective was to evolve their brand identity and refine their message, providing a brand system for consistent communication as their business expanded. This involved defining a platform that championed mums and communicated benefits to employers and grant providers. We aimed to infuse meaning into the legacy bee from the original identity, incorporating references to the hive and the lab.
