About me

I've been living in London for the last four years, working for a couple of companies, including independent businesses. Both of those offered a one-on-one customer service, which was one of the best parts of those jobs, as it made the whole experience feel more genuine and personal, which I found that I enjoyed immensely, because it made me feel like I was really making a difference to the people I was helping. I'm very organised, straightforward and hard-working. I believe in hands on approach and wouldn't expect my team members to do something I wouldn't know how to do myself. I like feeling useful and needed at work and I love sharing my knowledge with others.
