To mark Wonderland’s 15th anniversary, ‘XV’ is a short film that shows a new generation of Londoners hitting that same milestone, and how the events and culture that have shaped the magazine have reflected on their lives.

XV marks a moment of reflection but also looks forward. For many of us, these are the years that define our belonging. The years in which we decide who to look up to and what kind of person we are going to be.

Coming of age in this moment in history has created additional uncertainties in an already shifting period of life. Having met with young people on their doorsteps, in their homes and neighbourhoods, XV aims to celebrate the mix of youth and knowing in these 15 year olds, as well as give voice, through Zoka’s powerful poem, to the anxieties of a generation on the cusp of adulthood.
