Rachel is an energetic and ambitious award-winning Executive Creative Director with over fourteen years' experience in leading the conception, design and production of exceptional brand experiences. Specialising in digital, Rachel's work sits at the crosspoint of creativity, strategic insight and innovation.

Alongside dreaming up exceptional creative work, Rachel is hugely passionate about growing, nurturing and inspiring large creative teams in agile, fast-paced environments.

She is currently Head of Brand & Creative at Not On The High Street, her first client-side adventure where Rachel leads the inhouse creative team and agency relationships, directing the creative brand experience across platforms and channels. Prior to that Rachel built 12 years of experience agency side, specialising in all things digital. From working on campaigns and content through to full CX transformation, her creative and design leadership experience spans a vast array of project types and creative challenges.

Her client list includes many prestigious brands including Virgin, Diageo, The NHS, Wagamama, HSBC, Harley Davidson, Nutella, Primark, Unilever and British Heart Foundation.
