I am an experienced Bid and Pursuit Manager with extensive international and off-shoring and multi-shoring/ multi-location delivery and bidding experience. I am very experienced in leading and directing bid and account teams to achieve successful outcomes in agreed budgets. I have experience of successfully setting up Bid Teams and heading bid operations with a team size of over 14 virtual Bid Managers. I am highly competent in writing and generating high quality, persuasive business development materials (proposals, bid documents and presentations) to win new business and retain/renew existing business portfolio. I have extensive experience of attending client facing meetings and presentations and gaining understanding of clients' key business drivers and issues, which contribute immensely to develop winning strategies and solutions.
