Richard Gourlay is an experienced management consultant, providing strategic leadership to business owners and leadership teams to develop their strategic leadership skills.

Richard works with leaders to develop their business skills in leading and personal skills in directing their business success. Enabling leaders to create a clear vision of where they are taking their organisation and why. This is achieved by developing a clear strategy which is thoroughly researched, analysed and thought out to create a clear strategic focus for the leadership to lead their organisation towards.

This enables the leadership team to focus on their key activities towards a clear strategic objective. Aligning themselves and their stakeholders on clear milestones towards that objective, with set of actions which drive change.

The credibility of macro and micro research into markets, combined with a coherent assessment fo market opportunity supported by evidence and intelligence angles leadership teams to drive their organisation forward overcoming major hurdles in making change happen throughout the whole organisation.

Richard Gourlay has worked for large multinational organisations throughout o micro companies, working with leaders and leadership teams across sectors to enable them to lead more effectively and successfully.

Richard runs bespoke development programmes for directors and leadership teams built and delivered around their precise needs. He also provides an off the shelf Strategic Planning Workshop (SPW) package for smaller businesses enabling them to work on their business rather than just in their business.

Richard develops change and people development enabling them to grown and develop their success as leaders, creating and developing their own personal leadership style and impact.

Richard often works as a non-executive-director for a wide range of organisations bringing both him expertise and energy to drive an organisation forward, developing leadership vision, creating clear attainable strategic objectives and overcoming barriers to change.
