About me

My passion is to grow businesses & brands. I love identifying the problem, unblocking barriers, removing complexity and importantly implementing solutions through winning strategies, BIG Ideas & strong execution plans.
Currently, I'm the Head of Marketing for Mr. Kipling & Cadbury - and yes tasting and selling cake for a living is as good as it sounds! Its amazing working on two iconic and much loved British brands and thinking about how to drive the core, whilst also the challenges of being continuously relevant and attracting the next generation of consumers.
I would ultimately describe myself as thirsting for experiences and enjoying a mosaic career. Prior to Premier Foods, I have broad and deep experiences: across marketing and sales roles having started my career with Procter & Gamble (P&G) and diversified experiences on the agency side (Catalyx) and in start up / scale up roles as well. Privileged to have led and grown famous and iconic brands from Mr. Kipling to Head & Shoulders but also leading challenger brands, Bonne Maman & Shockwaves.

Outside of the day job, I'm an advisor to two small start up businesses and investing in people and their passions gives me continuous energy. I'm a strong advocate in aligning your mindset to the objectives you have and I've found that tennis and yoga are helping keeping my find fresh and young and nothing better than spending my time with my 5 year old daughter who is a great source of comedy and amusement.
