Location: Bangalore (on-site) 6 Days/Week About the Role: We're looking for a Creative Writer who thinks in scenes, not just sentences. You'll write for screen -- ads, YouTube content, music videos, and short films -- and stay involved through production and post, shaping the story as it evolves from first draft to final cut. What You'll Do: Write scripts across formats: ad films, YouTube/digital content, music videos, short films, and event narratives Collaborate with directors and editors through shoot and post-production, adapting narrative as footage comes in Develop concepts from brief to first draft to final cut -- not a hand-off-and-exit role Partner with the creative and account teams
