About me

In my position as an Production Coordinator for Discovery Eurosport Sports Operations and Planning Team, I supported the coordination of key sporting events including the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games, 2019 Roland Garros, 2019 Wimbledon and other events. Working closely with the production managers and teams from all around Europe, this was very rewarding expanded my horizons greatly - through this I was able to learn the different communication skills and approaches needed whilst interacting with people from around the world.

Specifically for this role I was able to cover much of it in my time at the Olympics, the areas which I built extensive experience in is;

-Be the project point of contact, which included consistent messaging across cross- disciplined teams to make sure deadlines are being met and/or updated for issues that arise.

-Handle all aspects of digital shows from end to end including studio build ups, budget management, hiring freelancers and equipments, creating POs and manage invoices and all communications.

-Help facilitate and mediate between internal digital teams and external portfolio of Influencers and talents.

-To ensure metadata consistency between our different internal tracking systems (Video Library, MAM and Tracking documents) correctly tagging all of our masters and delivery forms.

While doing my internship at International relations department for KBS (Korean public broadcasting station), I researched, drafted, and amended speeches for international forums, wrote press releases, and was responsible for arranging meetings with international stakeholders and co-ordinating operation of Korean Broadcasters Awards.
