About me
Two years after graduating from Ravensbourne University with a BA (Hons) Degree in Graphic Design I worked as a freelance illustrator and designer in New York City for four years for clients such as Conran's, Liz Claiborne Inc, the New York Times and the New York Transit Authority.
Back in the UK I have worked on anything from mural painting and portraits in oils to book illustration and design using Adobe software. I've researched, written, designed and illustrated a series of children's historical activity books. Working for the National Trust I produced historical interpretation signs and exhibition panels. Most recently I have been working on packaging illustration and coin designs for the Royal Mint, and historical reconstructions and editorial illustrations for several Karwansaray magazine publications.
I work in-house but mainly remotely from my studio which is a short walk to the sea. I like to work on personal creative projects outside of paid work, which you can see on Instagram and my other portfolio sites.
