About me
I am a South African born photographer based in Lisbon and have worked countries around the world for the past 12 years - specialising in News, Entertainment and Sport photography.
I have also worked for clients such as The Cape Times, Die Burger and The Argus while living in Cape Town. I emigrated to London to branch-out my career and portfolio and have previously worked for Splash News and other publications abroad.
Specialising in photographing for live music festivals, I too, have many years experience in the entertainment world, regularly covering major industry events such as the Paris and London Fashion Weeks and Film Festivals in Cannes. I have also worked extensively at Waitrose, Audi and M&S covering PR events and launches which I currently continue to do. For the past 9 years, I have been successfully covering The Glastonbury Festival of Contemporary Performing Arts in London.]
I have covered news and features for SIPA Press while travelling to Kenya, Somalia and Ethiopia to photograph the East African drought crisis. Working with charity organisations like Médecins Sans Frontières, World Food Program and UNHCR, I was committed to showcasing my work and publishing them around the world to hopefully make a difference.
I regularly shoot 35mm black and white film and work on features around London often selling prints at exhibitions.
In my spare time, I am a lover of surfing and fishing and enjoy photographing landscapes.
